I'm starting the transition process from my old DSA/1024 key to a new
 RSA/2048 key.
The old key will remain in use until the new one enters the debian 
keyring, and probably a bit later as well. Since the old didn't have 
that many signatures, it'll probably be a quick process

The old key is:
pub   1024D/7ADF9466 2001-12-20
      Key fingerprint = 8AE6 CDFF 6535 192F B5B6  5921 2262 D36F 7ADF 9466

The new one is:
pub   2048R/3E13471E 2009-06-26
      Key fingerprint = 4401 EBFA 928D 4ADE 351D  7191 720C 9499 3E13 471E


The new key is signed by the old one, so if you happen to have signed 
the old and can confirm the signature validity (with --check-sigs and 
- --fingerprint), you could directly sign the new one and either send it 
over per email or upload it directly to a public keyserver.
